We do the right thing-today and for generations to come.JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect will focus on technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and improvements of tax processes within the LATAM region.
With limited supervision, this job develops tax solutions and advice on tax requirements in ERP systems.
In this role you will work in close liaison with the wider tax team and connect with the technology deployment, sustain & optimize teams, collaborate with DT&D; to contribute to efficient tax determination and resulting reporting processes.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESTAX SOLUTIONS: Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including the gathering of local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications,



following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.TAX ARCHITECTURE: Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax lan explain what the numbers mean — not just what the numbers are.
This role is 100% in English , both internally and with clients.
You have experience reviewing or mentoring other accountants and are comfortable providing guidance, giving feedback and taking responsibility for the quality of the work delivered by your team.
You're able to work with at least partial overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
Availability from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time is a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Taxprep or CaseWare is a plus, as is experience working with SaaS, technology, fintech or Web3 companies .
A CPA designation or active CPA pursuit is also a plus.

Compensation
