Estamos buscando un Digital Transformation Lead - Cibersecurity Specialist para nuestra unidad de negocio de Foods en Planta Pilar.
PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN
Liderar la estrategia de transformación digital del site, impulsando la adopción de tecnologías digitales, analítica avanzada, automatización, inteligencia artificial y ciberseguridad industrial para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, la confiabilidad de los procesos,



la toma de decisiones basada en datos y la resiliencia de los sistemas de manufactura.
Actuar como enlace entre las áreas de Operaciones, Ingeniería, Supply Chain, Calidad, IT y OT, garantizando la ejecución del roadmap digital y la generación de valor a través de iniciativas de innovación tecnológica.
LAS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES SERÁN:
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de transformación digital del site, alineada con los objetivos de negocio, manufactura y cadena de suministro.
Liderar el roadmap digital de la planta, identificando oportunidades de mejora mediante automatización, analítica avanzada, inteligencia artificial y tecnologías emergentes.
Gestionar e implementar proyectos de digitalización industrial, asegurando la generación de valor y la adopción por parte de las áreas usuarias.
Actuar como referente local para iniciativas de Industria 4.0, promoviendo la utilización de datos para la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua.
Liderar la implementación, gobernanza y monitoreo del programa de Cybersecurity OT del site, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y la protección de los activos industriales.
Coordinar la convergencia IT/OT, asegurando la integración segura y eficiente de sistemas industriales, infraestructura tecnológica y plataformas corporativas.
Evaluar, seleccionar e impulsar nuevas tecnologías que contribuyan a mejorar la productividad, confiabilidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad de las operaciones.
Desarrollar y monitorear indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) para medir el impacto y madurez de las iniciativas digitales y de ciberseguridad.
Promover una cultura de innovación, digitalización y ciberseguridad mediante capacitación, acompañamiento y gestión del cambio organizacional.
Liderar iniciativas de gestión y explotación de datos industriales, habilitando casos de uso de analítica avanzada, mantenimiento predictivo y optimización de procesos.
Asegurar la correcta gestión de riesgos tecnológicos y de ciberseguridad asociados a los sistemas de manufactura y entornos OT.
Gestionar la relación con proveedores tecnológicos, equipos globales y stakeholders locales para la implementación de soluciones digitales y de ciberseguridad.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the firm's needs, but will include a combination of the following:
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff in serving clients
Serve as the firm's main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals in engaging clients throughout the representation
Serve as the bridge between clients and the legal team: surface client questions and concerns to attorneys and paralegals, and relay guidance back to clients clearly
Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients
Proactively provide status updates so clients always understand where their case stands and what comes next, rather than only responding when contacted
Set and manage clear expectations with clients about timelines, the process, and what will be required of them at each stage
Work with clients to ensure they perform tasks designated for them in developing their cases
Proactively identify clients who are disengaged, confused, or at risk of missing a step in their case, and intervene before it becomes a problem
Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and preparation sessions, sending reminders, and following up to keep clients engaged
Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain tracking systems specifically built to catch clients before they fall through the cracks, not just to track deadlines
Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies
Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Contribute to the development and improvement of company protocols and processes
