You'll work across many different roles and industries, and every search starts with two questions: who is this person, and what would actually make them reply?
If you've done lead gen or marketing, it's the same muscle you already have.
You research an audience and write messages that convert, except here a conversion is a great candidate writing back.A lot of what you'll source for is marketing and creative work: creative strategists, paid media, performance, growth, and data roles.
