Magic, Inc. in LatAm—Argentina is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs, manage a monthly spend of $225K-$250K+, and drive revenue growth through data-driven bidding and campaign optimisation.You will lead Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns, use tROAS bidding, collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams, and report performance to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
This role is fully remote with ET alignment.
