This role combines technical leadership, client consultation, and strategic growth.
You'll guide teams through implementations, mentor developers, partner with sales on pre-sales calls, and help clients turn Shopify into a growth engine, all within a remote-first environment.MUST HAVES5+ years of experience in e-commerce.Proven track record delivering large-scale solutions and measurable conversion improvements.Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience supporting sales conversations, scoping projects, and identifying growth opportunities.Strong communication, organization, and remote collound required.
