They combine strategy, creative, and data-driven execution to help universities and organizations achieve measurable growth in enrollments, applications, inquiries, and awareness.Your RoleAs Technical SEO Lead, you'll be the technical SEO expert across a portfolio of higher education partner accounts.
Your work improves their visibility in traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI search.The role has two sides.
The first is technical SEO: you find the issues that affect rankings and traffic, write specs developers can act on, and follow through unt understanding of the mining lifecycle: exploration, feasibility, permitting, construction, and operations.
6+ years of progressive experience in the mining industry, with at least 3-5 years managing complex programs or multi‐project portfolios.
Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.




Demonstrated experience working with government authorities, regulators, and local communities, ideally in Latin America.
Track record managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams in greenfield or brownfield mining environments.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and risk‐management capabilities.
Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and reporting platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Sound judgment, problem‐solving ability, and resilience in complex, high‐visibility environments.
Preferred / Advantageous
Prior experience operating in Central America.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks, social performance standards (IFC PS, ICMM), and community development programs.
Experience interacting with public‐sector counterparts and multilateral institutions.
