Lead sales and operations, ensuring programmes, coaches, venues and service quality keep pace with demand.Drive digital growth: Improve paid search and social, creative, landing pages, enrollment funnels, prganizational, and risk‐management capabilities.
Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and reporting platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Sound judgment, problem‐solving ability, and resilience in complex, high‐visibility environments.
Preferred / Advantageous
Prior experience operating in Central America.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks, social performance standards (IFC PS, ICMM), and community development programs.
Experience interacting with public‐sector counterparts and multilateral institutions.
