About Convoy Finance
We like working with people who move fast, think for themselves, and care about doing great work.
That's pretty much how we run Convoy.
We're a small finance and accounting firm working with technology, SaaS, fintech and Web3 companies across Canada and internationally.
Our clients are ambitious businesses, and we work directly with the founders and finance teams building them.
That means we're not just looking at numbers all day.
We get to see what's happening inside growing companies and help the people running them make better decisions.
One week you might be leading a month-end close, and the next you could be helping a client work through a reporting issue, improve their financial processes or solve something completely new.
We're a small team, too.

Most of us are based in Toronto, with a few people working remotely around the world.
There's very little bureaucracy, decisions happen quickly, and good ideas can actually turn into action.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Accounting Manager who can take ownership, think en a client is about to force the account into mediocrity, and raise a problem before it becomes a fire.
This matters as much as anything else on this list.
You are skeptical of your own numbers.
You would rather run the holdout than protect the dashboard.
You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
Where you live is up to you.
Bonus: you have built or operated your own Shopify store, or you have run Meta at spend too
