We are a dynamic, people-oriented team passionate about innovation, technology, and creating meaningful professional connections.We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and develop data-driven marketing strategies that engage, retain, and nurture customers throughout their entire journey.What You'll Lead and BuildPlan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.Develop customer engagement strategies focused on acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.Build and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.Segment customer audiences based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.Create and optimize personalized marketing campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention rates.Coordinate campaign calendars, content requirements, and execution timelines.Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, subject lines, audience segmentation, and campaign performance.Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, including open rates,



click-through rates, conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value.Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent communication throughout the customer journey.Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, customer engagement, and lifecycle processes.Ensure campaigns follow data privacy regulations, consent requirements, and email marketing best practices.Stay updated on CRM technologies, marketing automation tools, and lifecycle marketing trends.What You Bring to the Table2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Proven experience developing and executing customer lifecycle campaigns.Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong understanding of customer segmentation,ls, and those returning to the workforce f
