As the Research and Impact Acceleration Lead, you are part of the Product Design Capability Center and report to the Head of Product Design.
In this role, you define and lead the vision, strategy, and multi-year plan for accelerating researctilise Automated Employment Decision Tools (AEDT) and AI systems to assist in evaluating candidates based on experience level, technical skills and qualifications.
