Driving continuous improvement informed by Voice of the Customer, cycle performance, stakeholder feedback, data quality trends, and digital, automation, AI‐enabled, and self‐service opportunities.
Leading vendor‐management activities, including performance oversight, issue resolution, contract and service expectation alignment, and sustained value alignment.
Developing communication andchange‐managementplans to support cycle launches and enhancements, build stakeholder readiness, and increase end‐user adoption.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
Demonstrated accountability for end‐to‐end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs,adoptionmetrics, data‐quality measures,



service outcomes, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.
It would be a plus if you also have:
Experience supporting global HR cycles such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity programs, or Benefits Annual Enrollment.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
Experience applying digital, automation, analytics, AI‐enabled, or self‐service solutions to improve HR processes.

Experience building complex product interfaces involving forms, tables, filters, dashboards, and multi-step workflows .
Strong understanding of modern frontend development practices and component-driven architectures.

Experience consuming REST APIs and working with OpenAPI-based services .

Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and operational stakeholders .
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Experience designing or integrating AI-agent workflows, AI-powered interfaces, or automated support operations .
Experience with micro-frontends or Module Federation .
Experience working with monorepos using pnpm, Turbo, Nx, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Refine, react-intl , or admin/operations-focused internal platforms.
Experience developing BFF layers with Node.js / Fastify .
Experience with Python / FastAPI , particularly the ability to understand APIs, propose schema changes, or implement small backend endpoints.
