Required Qualifications
Strong hands‐on Salesforce expertise is required.
Hands‐on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong technical and analytical problem‐solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications




Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go‐to‐Market (GTM) Operations.
Experience supporting sales or revenue teams in a high‐growth environment.
Experience with CRM migrations, consolidations, or integrations.
Experience supporting complex quoting, pricing, product configuration, or revenue processes.
Familiarity with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms.
Experience developing or improving CRM processes and reporting frameworks.

We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in Salesforce, experienced with CPQ and Revenue Cloud, technically capable, detail‐oriented, and comfortable working with data and CRM processes.
The successful candidate should be able to take ownership of Salesforce‐related tasks, identify data or process issues, and implement practical solutions while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
They should also be comfortable supporting quoting, pricing, revenue, and GTM processes within Salesforce, including Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.

You Will:
Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts (version control, change notes, and deprecation of outdated patterns).
Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how‐to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) to keep the Service Desk and OSS ready to support AI tools and products.
Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings) to reduce time‐to‐resolution and improve first‐contact support.
Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved), including segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers lopment practices and component-driven architectures.
Experience with modern bundlers such as Webpack, Rspack, or Vite .
Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern styling frameworks.
Experience consuming REST APIs and working with OpenAPI-based services .
Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend boundaries.
Experience with modern state management and server-state patterns such as TanStack Query, React Context, and hooks .
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and operational stakeholders .
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Experience designing or integrating AI-agent workflows, AI-powered interfaces, or automated support operations .
Experience with micro-frontends or Module Federation .
Experience working with monorepos using pnpm, Turbo, Nx, or similar tools.
