The role is remote in Argentina with a B2B contract and base salary plus bonuses.You will recruit and onboard affiliates, manage programs, negotiate deals, and monitor performance across LATAM while ensuring complrform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**Language Requirements:** Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)**Education:** Degree or studies in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**Experience:** Previous sales experience within the hospitality industry**Competencies:** Results-oriented, strong teamwork skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities**Location:** Must reside in Buenos Aires.
