Company Overview
atomic HR is a recruiting startup.
We help talented people across Latin America land remote roles with fast‐growing startups and marketing agencies in the US and Canada, and we help those companies hire people they'd never have found on their own.
We're small, fully remote, and we treat hiring like a growth problem: we test the way we write to candidates and where we post roles, and we use AI tools to move faster.
This role sits on our own internal team.
Your Role
This is lead generation pointed at people instead of customers.
You'll work across many different roles and industries, and every search starts with two questions: who is this person, and what would actually make them reply?
If you've done lead gen or marketing, it's the same muscle you already have.
You research an audience and write messages that convert, except here a conversion is a great candidate writing back.
A lot of what you'll source for is marketing and creative work: creative strategists, paid media, performance, growth, and data roles.
So if you come from a marketing or agency world, you already understand the people you're reaching and what they care about.
You figure out where the right people are, write the outreach, post the role so the right people see it, and improve based on what actually gets responses.
Some recruiters treat this as the boring first step of hiring.
We think it's the most interesting part, and it's most of this job.
No recruiting experience needed.
You'll be mentored while you learn the talent side, and you'll have real tools, including a dedicated sourcing platform and AI, to do it at scale.
You'll:
Research each new role to understand who the adecuado candidate is and where to find them
Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates
Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply
Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to
Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold
Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch
Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so
You Bring
Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle
Strong written English, and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template
Resourcefulness: handed a new tool and no script, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told
Organization and follow-through, so pipelines stay clean and nothing slips
A competitive streak and self‐motivation, because a lot of this is chasing a number you want to hit
Comfort with basic metrics, and the instinct to test something and adjust
A concrete example of a time you used a tool, a tactic, or automation to work smarter or hit a goal
Bonus Points
A backgrout just search.
You are fluent in the whole stack , not one campaign type.
Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
Bing is a nice to have.
You are AI native, and you build.
This is a requirement, not a bonus.
You should already be using Claude or equivalent as a working tool rather than a novelty, and you should be able to build and ship a landing page with it.
You can communicate your ideas in English at a native or near native level.
You will be in front of clients constantly.
You need to explain your thinking clearly, sell an idea on its merits, push back when a client is about to force the account into mediocrity, and raise a problem before it becomes a fire.
This matters as much as anything else on this list.
You are skeptical of your own numbers.
You would rather run the holdout than protect the dashboard.
You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
Where you live is up to you.
Bonus: you have built or operated your own Shopify store, or you have run Meta at spend too
