Their team partners with colleges to develop campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement.In this role, you will edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.
You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content tailored for platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.
As part of the agency's expansion into Latin America, you'll play a key role in shaping video content strategies and ensuring seamless execution across projects.What You'll Do:Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations) to improve engagement.Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.Collaborate with creative teams—designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.Manage video files and organize assets,



ensuring structured workflows and version control.Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.Ensureng that client deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
You're comfortable working directly with clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals .
You communicate clearly in English and can explain what the numbers mean — not just what the numbers are.
This role is 100% in English , both internally and with clients.
You have experience reviewing or mentoring other accountants and are comfortable providing guidance, giving feedback and taking responsibility for the quality of the work delivered by your team.
You're able to work with at least partial overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
Availability from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time is a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Taxprep or CaseWare is a plus, as is experience working with SaaS, technology, fintech or Web3 companies .
A CPA designation or active CPA pursuit is also a plus.
