We work with distributed teams, complex technical challenges, and clients whose technology has a direct impact on their businesses and users.About the ProjectWe are partnering with an innovative cybersecurity company building a next-generation Identity Security and Identity Observability platform .
The product helps enterprise security teams understand how human users, service accounts, workloads, applications, and AI-driven identities access systems across cloud, SaaS, network, endpoint, and on-premise environments .
At the core of the platform is a highly data-intensive architecture that collects and analyzes large volumes of events, logs, network telemetry, identity activity, and security signals .
This information is processed to identify unusual access patterns, security risks, identity blind spots, infrastructure misconfigurations, and potential threats. The platform integrates with complex enterprise ecosystems including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, SIEMs, endpoint security tools, network infrastructure, and security services.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors to become a key technical bridge between enterprise customers and the engineering organization. This is not a traditional backend or internal data engineering position. You'll work directly with customers to understand their infrastructure, data sources, security architecture, network topology, APIs, and workflows, then design and implement scalable mechanisms to ingest that information into the platform. You'll combine data engineering, software engineering, solution architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical consulting .
A major part of your mission will be building and evolving connectors and ingestion pipelines capable of integrating data from complex enterprise environments while maintaining reliability, scalability, security, and fast time-to-production.What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services .

Our remote‐first culture is built on trust, continuous learning, collaboration, and strong engineering standards. We're passionate about technology, but even more about the people behind it.
If you're looking for an environment where your ideas matter, experimentation is encouraged, and your impact is tangible, welcome to Darwoft.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‐impact international FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform. The platform provides the tools customer experience agents and supervisors rely on every day to manage queues, assignments, conversations, agent availability, dashboards, metrics, and operational workflows. You'll primarily design and ship agent‐facing experiences using React and TypeScript, working within a modern, modular frontend architecture while collaborating closely with the backend services and APIs that power the platform.A key aspect of this opportunity is the way the team approaches software development. We're looking for engineers with an agentic development mindset: people who actively use AI coding assistants, LLM agents, automation, and AI‐assisted engineering workflows to prototype faster, solve problems, generate and validate code, improve testing, accelerate debugging, and increase overall engineering productivity. This is not simply about using AI autocomplete.
We're looking for engineers who are comfortable incorporating tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, coding agents, custom scripts, or AI‐assisted specifications into their day‐to‐day development process while maintaining strong engineering judgment and ownership. You'll work closely with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to turn operational requirements into reliable, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain React / TypeScript features across CX domain modules, including operations tooling, agent presence, inbox workflows, queues, assignments, and internal applications.Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, filters, dashboards,
and complex operational workflows.Work with technologies and patterns including Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.Apply AI‐assisted and agentic software engineering practices to accelerate prototyping, implementation, testing, refactoring, documentation, and debugging.Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve engineering productivity and development quality.Build data‐driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react‐hook‐form, and Zod.Integrate frontend applications with BFF and backend APIs.Work within a micro‐frontend architecture using Rspack and Module Federation, respecting domain boundaries and monorepo conventions.Collaborate on API design and integration with FastAPI backend services, including OpenAPI contracts and BFF endpoints.Ensure end‐to‐end correctness across workflows involving queues, agents, assignments, conversations, and operational metrics.Contribute to authorization‐aware UX aligned with gateway permissions and domain‐level capability models.Troubleshoot issues across the frontend BFF backend.
stack using both traditional debugging techniques and AI‐assisted workflows.Ensure the reliability, accessibility, and performance of agent‐critical workflows running in production.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, technical decision‐making, and engineering best practices around type safety, linting, testing, and maintainability. What You Bring8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong frontend‐oriented background.Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.Hands‐on experience actively using AI development tools and agentic workflows such as Cuerience with security events, audit logs, network telemetry, or cloud activity data.Familiarity with event-driven and distributed system architectures.Experience deploying AI/ML-enabled applications.Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered security applications .
Solution Architecture or Forward Deployed Engineering experience.Previous experience in cybersecurity startups or high-growth SaaS environments. What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role will be measured by your ability to:Deliver successful enterprise integrations and deployments.Reduce customer time-to-production.Build reliable and scalable ingestion solutions.Improve customer adoption and technical satisfaction.Resolve complex integration challenges efficiently.Turn customer-specific requirements into reusable platform capabilities.Contribute improvements that strengthen the scalability and flexibility of the core product. What Darwoft OffersContractor agreement with payment in USD100% remote workArgentina's public holidaysEnglish classesReferral programAccess to learning platforms
