We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in administrative / executive assistance to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Support daily account management by working closely with an Account Director and serving as a key point of coordination across clients, internal teams, creative partners, and vendors;
Manage multiple client projects and media campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and deadlines remain on track;
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate execution across digital teams, creative partners, media partners, and vendors;
Oversee campaign launches across digital and traditional media channels, including Meta, influencer, and other paid media initiatives;
Monitor campaign pacing and execution to ensure campaigns are running according to plan, budget, and strategy;
Review campaign assets and specifications to help ensure correct formats and sizes before launch;
Create presentations and proposals and compile research to support client accounts and campaign initiatives;
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities to support campaign optimization;
Prepare and lead regular client-facing digital performance reporting, communicating key metrics, results, and relevant campaign insights;
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, reliable follow-through, and excellent service;
Support client retention by identifying needs, addressing issues proactively,



and ensuring a consistently positive client experience;
Assist with media trafficking, trading, reporting, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution;
Maintain organized project documentation and task management systems to ensure campaign details and responsibilities are clearly tracked;
Help prevent operational errors by carefully reviewing campaign details, deadlines, assets, and deliverables throughout execution;
Requirements
Previous experience in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a similar client-facing role;
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously;
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing campaign timelines, assetsld something, but also why it should be built.
AI-Native Engineering Experience
Hands-on experience using AI development tools is especially important for this position.
We're particularly interested in engineers who actively use tools such as:
Claude Code
OpenAI Codex
Cursor
GitHub Copilot
Windsurf
Other AI coding agents or agentic development tools
More importantly, we're looking for someone who uses AI beyond code completion.
You should be comfortable using AI to:
Understand unfamiliar codebases.
Investigate architecture and dependencies.
Design implementations.
Generate and refactor production code.




Debug complex issues.
Create and improve automated tests.
Review code and identify potential issues.
Automate repetitive engineering tasks.
Accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
We're looking for someone who sees AI as a core engineering tool , while still bringing the technical judgment required to make strong software and architectural decisions.
Nice to Have
Experience working in early-stage or high-growth product companies .
Previous experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Tech Lead, Founding Engineer, or similar high-ownership role .
Experience building AI-powered SaaS products.
Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production applications.
Experience with document-heavy or workflow-intensive platforms.
Experience designing authorization systems, permissions, RBAC, and auditability.
Experience with LegalTech, FinTech, transaction platforms, Private Equity, or other complex B2B SaaS products.
Experience improving engineering productivity through developer tooling and automation.

Success in this role goes beyond writing more code.
You'll help the team ship significantly faster while simultaneously strengthening the architecture, reliability, maintainability, and technical maturity of the platform .
The goal is to combine strong engineering judgment with AI-native development practices to dramatically increase what a small engineering team can build.
