Your Role
This is lead generation pointed at people instead of customers.
You'll work across many different roles and industries, and every search starts with two questions: who is this person, and what would actually make them reply?
If you've done lead gen or marketing, it's the same muscle you already have.




You research an audience and write messages that convert, except here a conversion is a great candidate writing back.
A lot of what you'll source for is marketing and clogic, performance, and architecture.NICE TO HAVES- Experience working with spec-driven development or related AI-Driven Software Development Life Cycle approaches.
- Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
