Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Backend Senior para construir la capa de plataforma de una plataforma web de telecontrol de redes eléctricas (un SCADA para la web, multimarca) que hoy supervisa y comanda más de 100 equipos en operación real en nueve cooperativas .
No es un CRUD.
El código que escribas abre y cierra interruptores sobre líneas eléctricas de media tensión : cuando funciona, un productor rural recupera el servicio en segundos en vez de horas.
Venís a construir desde cero la capa que hace que eso sea seguro y auditable: identidad, permisos, aprobación humana de cada comando y trazabilidad de quién hizo qué.
Una regla del producto marca todo el diseño: ningún comando se ejecuta sin una persona autenticada con segundo factor.Construir la capa de plataforma del producto: gestión de secretos, integración con el proveedor de identidad (OIDC / OAuth 2.1 con MFA) y modelo de permisos por cooperativa.Diseñar e implementar el ciclo de vida de comandos con aprobación humana , garantizando que ninguna maniobra sobre la red se ejecute sin validación y sin registro.Desarrollar y versionar la API pública del producto, documentada con OpenAPI y consumida por organizaciones externas.Implementar la auditoría protegida de todas las operaciones, con valor de evidencia ante terceros y el ente regulador.Sostener la disciplina de pruebas automatizadas e integración continua de toda la capa de plataforma.Tareas del puestoDesarrollar servicios backend en Node.js / TypeScript sobre bases relacionales con ORM.Integrar la aplicación contra el proveedor de identidad y resolver la autenticación de segundo factor en operaciones críticas.Escribir y mantener el spec OpenAPI de la API, definiendo versionado y política de compatibilidad.Implementar la máquina de estados de comandos (solicitado → aprobado → enviado → confirmado), con manejo de reintentos, timeouts e idempotencia sobre el bus MQTT .
Escribir pruebas unitarias y de integración y mantener el pipeline de CI en verde.Documentar decisiones técnicas en especificaciones escritas y trazables, y participar de las revisiones de código del equipo.ExcluyentesFormación: Ingeniería en Sistemas / Informática, Licenciatura en Computación, Analista de Sistemas o afines.
Se consideran perfiles autodidactas con trayectoria comprobable equivalente.Experiencia: mínimo 5 años en desarrollo backend con Node.js / TypeScript (Express o equivalente)



en productos en producción.Herramientas y habilidades técnicas:OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect implementado en producción (no solo haber consumido un SDK ya configurado).
Bases relacionales (MySQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL) con ORM (Sequelize, Prisma, TypeORM o similar).
Diseño de APIs REST documentadas con OpenAPI y criterio de versionado.Pruebas automatizadas (unitarias y de integración) e integración continua.Git con flujo de revisión de código.Gestión de secretos (Vault, Infisical, SOPS u otro) y seguridad de aplicaciones (OWASP ASVS).
Mensajería MQTT (EMQX / Mosquitto) y bases de series de tiempo (InfluxDB).
Experiencia en sistemas industriales, energía, IoT, SCADA o telemetría.Experiencia resolviendo idempotencia, reintentos y entrega garantizada en sistemas distribuidos.Competencias claveCriterio de seguridad: entiende que en este producto la seguridad no es una preferencia sino una regla de diseño.Autonomía técnica y capacidad de decisión: va a ser el referente de backend del equipo.Disciplina de documlth.
