Quien tendrá la misión de g estionar comercialmente las categorías asignadas de Belleza, construyendo el forecast de ventas y transformando la estrategia del negocio en definiciones de surtido, precios, dinámicas comerciales y planes con proveedores.
Será responsable de impulsar los objetivos de ventas, margen y rentabilidad, anticipar la demanda y coordinar con Abastecimiento la disponibilidad necesaria, bajo una visión omnicanal basada en datos, conocimiento del mercado y necesidades del cliente.Construir y actualizar el forecast de ventas de las categorías asignadas.Negociar con proveedores costos, descuentos, bonificaciones, financiación, inversiones y condiciones comerciales.Definir y administrar el surtido por categoría, canal y clúster de sucursal.Diseñar y coordinar dinámicas comerciales, promociones, lanzamientos, eventos y campañas.Gestionar precios, margen, contribución y rentabilidad de las acciones comerciales.Analizar ventas, margen, stock, rotación, cobertura, quiebres y desempeño por proveedor, marca, canal y sucursal.Coordinar con Abastecimiento y Logística las necesidades derivadas del forecast, las campañas y los lanzamientos.Coordinar la ejecución omnicanal con Operaciones, E-commerce, Marketing, Trade y Sistemas.Realizar seguimiento del cumplimiento de acuerdos e inversiones negociadas con proveedores.Relevar tendencias, competidores, marcas y hábitos del cliente.Contar con experiencia comercial de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares.Manejo avanzado de paquete office.Contar con experiencia en Negociación, preferentemente en segmento belleza.
