No prior AI experience is required.Scope of WorkAudit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustaeen ($ to $ ).
This range reflects the national US market rate ("salary range") for base pay for the relevant role.
