Job Description:Estamos buscando un/a HR Advisor para sumarse al equipo de RRHH en dentsu!
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Brindar soporte al HR Business Partner en la implementación de iniciativas y proyectos de RRHH, asegurando la colaboración de los distintos stakeholders con un enfoque data-driven.
Se trata de un rol generalista y operativo con exposición a múltiples áreas como Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HRIS y Rewards.Responsabilidades:Ejecutar procesos clave de RRHH (onboarding, offboarding, compensación, desarrollo, movilidad interna, etc) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.Monitorear métricas organizacionales, financieras y de RRHH.Brindar soporte en el proceso de gestión del desempeño de los empleados, junto con managers y HRBPs.Participar en proyectos de employee engagement liderados por HR.Gestionar tareas administrativas de RRHH mediante Workday, nuestro sistema global de gestión de talento.Qué valoramos:Experiencia previa en posiciones generalistas de RRHH.Buen manejo de datos y análisis.Conocimientos en Employee Relations, Performance y Engagement.Perfil proactivo, organizado y con buenas habilidades interpersonales.Inglés Avanzado.Buscamos personas proactivas, con pasión por los desafíos y ganas de aprender en un ambiente global y colaborativo.
