About the jobAs a member of the AI model team, you will drive innovation in post-training methodologies, with a special focus on agentic behaviors and tool use.
Your work will refine pre-trained models so that they not only deliver enhanced intelligence and domain specific capabilities, but also learn to reason, plan, and autonomously invoke external tools to solve reaty with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms.
Experience developing or improving CRM processes and reporting frameworks.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in Salesforce, experienced with CPQ and Revenue Cloud, technically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and CRM processes.
The successful candidate should be able to take ownership of Salesforce-related tasks, identify data or process issues, and implement practical solutions while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
They should also be comfortable supporting quoting, pricing, revenue, and GTM processes within Salesforce, including Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
