Regional Scope
The position has direct responsibility for the distributor portfolio operating across:
Argentina
Chile
Uruguay
Bolivia
Peru
Ecuador
The role supports multiple MedTech franchises and business units, ensuring business performance, operational excellence, governance, and compliance across the Southern Region.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.




MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, distributor management, channel management, or related commercial functions.
Experience working within highly regulated multinational organizations.
Proven experience managing third parties and indirect distribution models.
Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and commercial governance processes.
