Respond to incidents, guide customers through upgrades and migrations, and answer advanced product, architecture, and tuning questionsGo deep on root cause.
Logs, metrics, traces, core dumps, packet captures, reproductions: whatever it takes to explain the behaviour rather than describe itCoordinate resolution across engineering.
