The Opportunity
Join our talent network and connect with U.S.
clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior DevOps Engineer (Databricks).
You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps Engineering.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Extensive experience administering and optimizing Databricks on AWS in enterprise environments.
Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code for cloud infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience automating Databricks jobs, clusters, and serving endpoints using REST APIs and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong experience designing and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows and reusable CI/CD frameworks across multiple repositories.




Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a solid understanding of data engineering workflows.
Strong understanding of Apache Spark and distributed data processing.
Experience implementing automated code quality and security checks using tools such as SQLFluff, PyLint, and GitHub Actions.
Proven experience establishing SDLC guardrails, branch protection, code ownership, approval workflows, deployment controls, and secure secret management.
Hands-on experience managing Databricks Unity Catalog, including access controls and data lineage.
Strong understanding of AWS IAM, Databricks RBAC, identity providers, and least-privilege access principles.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for cloud and data platforms.
Experience designing scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient multi-environment data platform architectures.
Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data engineering platforms is a plus.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Ability to create and maintain continuo.

Experience Required
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en empresas multinacionales de la industria automotriz / maquinarias agrícola en la cuál hayan interactuado con la red de distribución en posición de análisis de datos ya sean comerciales, financieras, postventa, marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Análisis de Datos: Experiencia en análisis de datos,



elaboración de reportes y mapeo de cobertura de red para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora del desempeño.
Indicadores de Gestión (KPIs): Conocimiento y manejo de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y métricas de gestión para evaluar la performance de distribuidores, la red y la experiencia de clientes y concesionarios.
Herramientas Informáticas: Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint.
Conocimientos de Power BI y experiencia en SAP serán considerados una ventaja, pero no son excluyentes.
Capacidad Analítica y de Negociación: Fuertes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de negociación, con capacidad para transformar información en recomendaciones y planes de acción concretos.
Idiomas: Inglés avanzado y portugués intermedio.
Comunicación y Presentaciones: Capacidad para hablar en público y realizar presentaciones ante distribuidores, equipos internos y líderes de negocio.
Disponibilidad para Viajar: Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente el 50% del tiempo, según las necesidades del negocio y de la red de distribuidores
