This is a pure briefing-execution role — you'll bring their Senior Creative Strategist's briefs to life, not originate your own creative concepts.What You'll OwnGenerate raw content using Higgsfield and similar AI video-generation tools, then edit it into polished, ready-to-run ad creativeDecide independently which tools within the toolset to use, the order you work through edits and angles, and pacing/structure choices within a given briefShip multiple high-quality ad variants per week — this is a volume-driven role, not a one-piece-at-a-time roleExecute someone else's creative direction precisely, translating a brief into finished video exactly as intendedWhat's Explicitly Not Part of This RoleThe underlying script/angle strategy (owned by the Creative Strategist)Review or approval of finished creative (also the Strategist's call)Media buying, launching, or testing ads (handled by a separate media buyer)Must-HavesReal D2C/ecommerce ad experience — you've worked on ads that actually ran for a direct-to-consumer brand, at meaningful advertising spend, and you understand what makes an ad convert at that level.
