La persona va a diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de email para clientes de agencia en Latinoamérica, USA y Europa, con foco en la generación de resultados medibles y en la calidad del dato.
Acá no se viene a mandar correos por mandar: se viene a construir programas de comunicación que vendan, fidelicen y respeten al destinatario.
### Lo que harás* **Diseño de estrategias de email:** definís el plan de campañas transaccionales, promocionales y de nurturing según los objetivos de cada cliente, segmentando audiencias y estableciendo el recorrido del contacto en el ciclo de venta.
* **Armado y envío de campañas:** maquetás, revisás y enviás las campañas en las plataformas de email marketing, asegurando la correcta visualización en todos los clientes de correo y dispositivos, y gestionando pruebas A/B de asunto, contenido y hora de envío.
* **Automatización de flujos:** creás y mantenés flujos automatizados (bienvenida, carrito abandonado, re-engagement, post-compra) con la lógica de reglas y condiciones que correspondan a cada etapa del ciclo de vida del contacto.
* **Gestión y segmentación de la base:** administrás la importación, limpieza y segmentación de listas, controlando la entregabilidad, la reputación del remitente y el cumplimiento de las normas de privacidad y antispam.
* **Análisis de resultados y reportería:** medís el rendimiento de cada envío (apertura, clics, conversión, bajas), elaborás reportes periódicos y generás recomendaciones accionables para mejorar métricas y retorno.
* **Coordinación con los equipos de cuentas y creativo:** trabajás junto a los equipos de diseño y de estrategia para que los mensajes tengan coherencia visual y de contenido, y para que los calendarios de envío estén alineados con el plan general de cada cliente.
### Debes tener* **Experiencia comprobable en email marketing (Excluyente):** gestión de campañas y automatizaciones en plataformas de email marketing, con resultados medibles en apertura, clics o conversión.

Manage either travel logistics or reimbursement processing for patients participating in assigned clinical trial projects.2.
Collaborate with PCS Project Managers, the Patient Concierge Services Manager, and internal teams to understand study requirements and implement appropriate patient support services.3.
Support the setup of new projects, including mailbox creation, portal access, SharePoint folders, and the preparation of study-specific documentation.4.
Review and validate patient enrolment information and approve patient access to the designated digital platforms (e.g., PatientGO®).5.
Serve as a primary point of contact for patient requests submitted through the app, email, or phone, ensuring timely and compassionate responses.6.
Coordinate flight, train, accommodation, or ground transport bookings as required, using approved systems or travel providers.7.
Review and verify patient reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with study-specific Travel & Reimbursement Policies.8.
Approve, reject, or elevate reimbursement or stipend submissions as appropriate, based on study criteria and internal policies.9.
Communicate with patients or caregivers to confirm logistics, provide reimbursement updates, and resolve any queries or concerns.10.
Liaise with clinical sites to provide guidance or resolve issues related to reimbursement or patient travel coordination.11.
Ensure timely processing of patient payments, stipends, or travel confirmations using approved systems and vendor platforms.12.
Manage the allocation and tracking of patient payment cards when required by the project.13.
Maintain accurate documentation by updating patient information, visit records, and service logs in real-time.14.
Assist with or complete reimbursement submissions on behalf of patients, when needed.15.
Contribute to ongoing service improvements by identifying operational gaps, sharing feedback, and supporting internal initiatives.16.
Support financial tracking activities by providing relevant data and updates for monthly reporting.17.




Ensure strict patient confidentiality and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data protection regulations, and company SOPs.18.
Participate in client meetings, site initiation visits, and investigator meetings when requested, representing PCS services.19.
Stay current on tools, technologies, and processes related to patient travel and reimbursement coordination.20.
