Role
We are looking for a sharp, creative, fast, AI-First content creator to join our squad targeting content that empowers women ***** to thrive through midlife: Get strong, lose weight, eat right, and stay positive amid hormonal shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Produce & post 1-2 long-form videos/week on our YouTube channel: actionable tips on fat loss (e.g., menopause belly strategies, metabolism resets),



exercise (strength training, Zone 2 routines), hormones/menopause (balancing symptoms, energy boosts), mindset shifts for consistency and dream-body goals.
Mirror styles like Chalene Johnson (motivational habits), Melissa Neill (midlife fat shredding), Dr. Stacy Sims (science-backed physiology), Denise Austin (fun workouts), Blogilates (positive pilates), and Hailey Happens (strength focus)—empowering, practical, relatable ively support current and future hiring needs.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.Bilingual Spanish/English skills
Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
