About The Role
Be the right hand of a US business owner or team, taking care of the administrative and operational tasks that keep the business running.
Responsibilities
Manage the inbox, calendar and appointments
Communicate with clients and vendors by email, phone and chat
Update CRMs, spreadsheets and databases
Research information and prepare reports
Support social media and marketing tasks
Organize files and documents
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a virtual or administrative assistant
Advanced English (C1 or higher)
Proactive, organized and reliable
Comfortable with Google Workspace,



Microsoft Office and online tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Nice To Have
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss or similar)
Experience in real estate, e-commerce or professional services
English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken
Schedule
Full time, US business hours
