The position focuses on querying, transforming, and analyzing large-scale consumer and retail datasets to generate actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.What You Will DoExtract, query, and manipulate data using SQL from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.Analyze large transactional and consumer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Build and maintain structured datasets that support recurring reports and business analyses.Calculate key business metrics such as household penetration, market share, purchasing behavior, and category trends.Work with raw and semi-structured data, cleaning and categorizing information as needed.Validate data outputs and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting needs and answer business questions through data.Translate complex datasets into clear findings and recommendations.Requirements0-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence,



or similar analytical roles.Advanced English level (written and spoken).
Strong SQL skills, including joins, filtering, aggregations, GROUP BY statements, and conditional logic.Understanding of relational databases, table relationships, and data structures.Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation.Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and meaningful business insights from data.Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.Nice to HaveExperience with Common Table Expressions (CTEs), subqueries, or window functions.Experience working with consumer, retail, panel, transactional, or market research datasets.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.Experience Standard Time timezone.Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.

**Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:**
Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System ( Bullhorn ).
Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and over a lift.
Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:**
Minimum of **1-2 years of recruiting experience**,
preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills
Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as **Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
