You will own the integrity of financial reporting while building the accounting function itself, setting standards, improving processes, managing stakeholders, supporting audits,



and developing accounting teams.You will work closely with US-based finance leaders and ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, compliant, and decision-ready.What You'll DoOwn the accounting function end to end, including the general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and closeOwn the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and hold the team to the close calendarReview journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial statementsEnsure financial reporting is accurate and compliant with US GAAPPrepare and review monthly financial statements and management reportsDefine and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and close proceduresMonitor balance sheet integrity and miliar, Utilidades).
