The company needs someone who anticipates what's coming, juggles competing priorities without dropping the ball, and takes things off the CEO's plat and chats
Resolve questions, orders and issues
Log every interaction in the help desk or CRM
Escalate complex cases to the right team
Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
Keep up to date with products and policies
Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience
Advanced English (C1 or higher) with clear pronunciation
Empathy, patience and a problem-solving attitude
Comfortable with help desk tools
A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection
Nice To Have
Zendesk, Freshdesk or Gorgias
Experience in e-commerce or with US customers
English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), with clear pronunciation
