¿Te apasiona construir productos digitales modernos, rápidos y escalables?
Buscamos un/a Senior Full Stack Developer con fuerte dominio del ecosistema de TypeScript, React y Next.js, sumado a experiencia práctica en Node.js y Java.
Trabajarás en el desarrollo end-to-end de aplicaciones web modernas en un contexto dinámico, enfocado en buenas prácticas y libre de micromanagement, donde tu impacto se notará desde el primer día.
¿Cuáles serán tus desafíos / responsabilidades?
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web robustas liderando el frontend con React y Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router).
Implementar y mantener la capa BFF (Backend for Frontend) utilizando TypeScript, Node.js y Express (o frameworks similares).
Desarrollar, mantener e integrar servicios y APIs REST backend en Java según las necesidades del proyecto.
Garantizar la escalabilidad, rendimiento, mantenibilidad y seguridad en el diseño de APIs (autenticación, autorización y datos sensibles).
Escribir tests unitarios y de integración en las distintas capas (Jest, Vitest, JUnit o equivalentes).
Colaborar activamente en decisiones de arquitectura y despliegues a entornos dev, staging y producción.

The Interview Process:



• Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a real human being from the PeopleOps team.
• If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
• If warranted, the next stage is video interview and meeting with our Host Experience, Team Lead for about thirty (30) minutes where the candidate will participate a live case interview.
• If warranted, the final step would be a video interview with our Manager of Host Experience for thirty minutes (30).
In this round, a candidate will participate a live logic and competency assessment.

Compensation Compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, the person's expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.
In addition to salary, there is a variable compensation component based on performance.
