The idóneo candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, communicating clearly, and creating a positive customer experience.This position will be responsible for assisting customers with questions, requests, reservations, follow-ups, and general support while representing the company in a professional and helpful manner.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previroll policies, procedures, and controls.Participate in payroll system implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel testing, and production validation activities.Develop and execute payroll testing strategies for system changes and regulatory updates.Support acquisition, integration, and organizational change initiatives impacting payroll.Train, mentor, and provide guidance to payroll team members.Required Knowledge and Skills:5+ years of US payroll experience in a large, complex multi-state organization and supporting multiple FEINs.Experience with US payroll operations.3+ years of payroll tax compliance experience.Strong working knowledge of: Federal, state, and local payroll taxesWage and hour lawsPayr
