The Role
Do you have the heart of a closer — not the pushy kind, but the kind who changes lives?

Are you fluent in Spanish and English, and passionate about using your persuasive skills to help immigrants find safety, freedom, stability and peace of mind in the United States?

Before you go further, one important note: this is a weekend role.
You'll work Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday, with Saturday and Sunday always included.
Political Asylum Lawyers is hiring a Salesperson — a professional who can connect deeply, communicate clearly, and close confidently.

You'll be doing consultations with potential clients who have already booked with us — no cold calling.
Your mission will be to guide them through an honest, empathetic, and high-stakes decision process, helping them understand how our firm can be their best path forward.

You'll work from home and this role is open for applicants located in Argentina.
You'll need a quiet space, fast internet, and the discipline to stay on task without close supervision.
This is a five-day-a-week role built around the weekend.
You choose the pattern that works best for you: Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday.
Either way, Saturday and Sunday are part of your week.
Weekends are when most of our prospective clients are available to talk, so this is when you'll do your most important work and have the biggest impact on the firm and on the people we serve.
If a Monday-to-Friday schedule is what you're after, this isn't the right roltail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
