About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Officer with 2-3 years of experience in property management.
The ideal candidate is confident in handling tenant relations, overseeing maintenance issues, managing rental collections, and resolving concerns or complaints efficiently.
This role requires someone who can take initiative, make sound decisions independently, and communicate clearly with tenants and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day tenant relations and communications.Handle tenant concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.Manage rental collections and follow up on outstanding payments.Maintain accurate property and tenant records.Make informed decisions to ensure smooth property operations.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Requirements2-3 years of experience in propertyquality measures, service outcomes, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.
**It would be a plus if you also have:**
Experience supporting global HR cycles such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity programs, or Benefits Annual Enrollment.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
Experience applying digital, automation, analytics, AI-enabled, or self-service solutions to improve HR processes.
