Define and document best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use across the broader field organization
What You Bring to the Team
5+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical role (professional services, sales engineering, or technical support)
Experience in large systems design and project implementation for enterprise email environments
UNIX system administration experience
Broad technical knowledge of Internet products and technologies
Strong understanding of Internet protocols, including HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, RFC822, LDAP, and PKI
Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, and network components (firewalls, routers, etc.)
Strong Sendmail and messaging infrastructure system administration experience
Ability to work across all organizational levels, both technically and politically
Written and spoken proficiency in English, along with one or both Spanish or Portuguese, for both technical and non-technical communication
What You Will Do
Define new pipelines or datasets to investigate an emerging campaign




Implement or improve a production service that makes the data available in near real time to internal users
Work with large, messy, high-volume datasets and modern cloud services to build systems that are scalable, maintainable, and operationally sound
Build or maintain shared platform services, improve observability, harden reliability, or review architectural choices for a new internal capabilities
Help lead technical discussions, identify opportunities to simplify or strengthen shared systems, and guide implementation approaches across projects and engineers
Think beyond just code delivery, including testing, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and long-term maintainability
