Desde ADN Recursos Humanos nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a para Financiera para incorporarse a una significativo empresa de gestión y asesoramiento en cobranzas, en pleno proceso de expansión, ubicada en San Nicolás, CABA.
La búsqueda está orientada a perfiles con experiencia comprobable supervisando equipos de ventas telefónicas de productos financieros y gestión de mora, dentro de call center o financiera.
No se considerarán perfiles provenientes de ventas en salón o atención al público.
Misión del puesto
Supervisar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo comercial, incrementando la venta de productos financieros y la gestión de mora mediante el seguimiento constante de los indicadores y la capacitación del equipo.
Modalidad: Presencial
Zona: San Nicolás – CABA
Contratación directa con la empresa
Horario
Lunes a viernes turno mañana de 8 a 16:30 hs
o turno tarde de 12 a 20:30 hs
Un sábado al mes de 9 a 14 hs
Feriados alternados de 9 a 15 hs
Personas a cargo: equipo de telemarketers (10 a 15 personas)
Reporta a: Jefe de Ventas / Gerencia
Responsabilidades
Supervisar equipos de ventas telefónicas.
Supervisar gestión de mora.
Motivar y acompañar al equipo para cumplir objetivos.
Capacitar telemarketers.
Resolver conflictos operativos.
Aportar mejoras para aumentar la productividad.
Seguimiento de indicadores comerciales.
Requisitos excluyentes




Experiencia mínima de 1 año como supervisor/a en financiera o call center.
