playing a key role in relevantprojects and independently completing complex operation tasks.Drive efficient execution and achieve strategic results, even when solving complexproblems with limited guidance from senior staff.Proactively diagnose bottlenecks and suggest, develop, and implement methods foroptimization to existing processes and playbooks.Analyze Data & Drive InsightBe proficient in common data analysis methods and tools, including SQL and Python, applying them to complex business challenges.Independently develop reasonable hypotheses for business problems, choosing the proper analytical methods, and conducting in-depth analyses to drive insights.Deeply understand the definition, logic, correlation, and inference among various operational metrics to provide input for business strategy development.Lead and Manage ProjectsTake independent responsibility for small projects, or play a key role in larger initiatives.
This includes creating the comprehensive project plan, schedule, and item prioritization.Monitor project progress across its lifecycle, managing effective communications and ensuring information visibility among project members.Independently solve common problems encountered during execution, knowing when and how to proactively seek help for highly complex challenges.Strategize, Communicate & CollaborateAccurately identify key stakeholders in various settings and flexibly adapt communication and collaboration approaches to suit the audience and situation.Present data, analysis, and proposals in a mature and effective manner, adjusting the content and style according to the audience.Proactively seek cooperation with other teams, understanding the possible benefits of such work synergy,
