long-term presence that supports sustainable growth and positions Argentina as a cornerstone market for mining, energy, and infrastructure development.Job Summary:This position will lead the establishment and execution of Bechtel's Project Controls function in the Buenos Aires Corporate Office, providing strategic leadership across cost engineering, estimating, cost control, forecasting, planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and performance reporting for a technically complex project portfolio.The role will oversee, guide, train, and mentor the Project Controls team, ensuring consistent application of key project procedures, integrated risk management, and timely insights that support successful project execution, governance, and delivery.Major Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing Bechtel standards, developing local capabilities, and providing the governance and controls framework necessary for successful project delivery.Acting as a strategic partner to business and project leadership, supporting decision-making, managipanies actually operate.
