Working closely with the PM Sr and PM Jr, supervising the schedules and deliverables of each area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.Main tasksResponsible for the successful development of multiple low- to medium-complexity projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentFacilitate project kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plansLead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analyticsInteract and collaborate efficiently with clients and partnersIdentify project resource requirements and facilitate staffingCoordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teamsManage workflow tickets and online collaborationRequired SkillsProblem solver and decisive with the willingness to collaborate, persuade and dealExcellent communication skillsAble to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environmentsAble to time manage and prioritizeAble to work effectively with clients, partners and vendors to deliver an overall solutionStrong project management skills and experience including:



Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight, Resource management and forecasting, Task and delivery management, Risk identification and management, Issue identification and managementRequired Experience2-4 years' experience in project management or service management within a professional services companyAgency or client-side experience a plusMS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferredMS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferredKnowledge/familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.) preferredKnowledge/familiarity of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) preferredExperience with digital campaignsExperience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred.
