About the role
This is a frontend-leaning role, but you won't stop at the frontend.
You'll own entire product surfaces from end to end: the UI, the APIs behind it, the data it depends on, and how it perfo, analítica avanzada, inteligencia artificial y tecnologías emergentes.
Gestionar e implementar proyectos de digitalización industrial, asegurando la generación de valor y la adopción por parte de las áreas usuarias.
Actuar como referente local para iniciativas de Industria 4.0, promoviendo la utilización de datos para la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua.
Liderar la implementación, gobernanza y monitoreo del programa de Cybersecurity OT del site, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y la protección de los activos industriales.
Coordinar la convergencia IT/OT, asegurando la integración segura y eficiente de sistemas industriales, infraestructura tecnológica y plataformas corporativas.
Evaluar,



seleccionar e impulsar nuevas tecnologías que contribuyan a mejorar la productividad, confiabilidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad de las operaciones.
Desarrollar y monitorear indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) para medir el impacto y madurez de las iniciativas digitales y de ciberseguridad.
Promover una cultura de innovación, digitalización y ciberseguridad mediante capacitación, acompañamiento y gestión del cambio organizacional.
Liderar iniciativas de gestión y explotación de datos industriales, habilitando casos de uso de analítica avanzada, mantenimiento predictivo y optimización de procesos.
Asegurar la correcta gestión de riesgos tecnológicos y de ciberseguridad asociados a los sistemas de manufactura y entornos OT.
Gestionar la relación con proveedores tecnológicos, equipos globales y stakeholders locales para la implementación de soluciones digitales y de ciberseguridad.

Internos: Gerencia y Jefatura de: Producción, Calidad, SHE, Ingeniería, Logística, R&D;, FI, Mantenimiento, TIM, Finanzas, RRHH, Inbound, Planning, Recepción y Despacho.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?
Graduado de Ingeniería en Sistemas o afines.
Posgrado o MBA (deseable).
Certificaciones validadas por el mercado en networking y CS.
Mínimo 5 años en roles digitales y 3 años liderando equipos.
Nivel de inglés intermedio.
Habilidades soft: liderazgo; orientación a resultados; pensamiento estratégico; adaptabilidad; comunicación efectiva.
Habilidades deseadas: Gestión avanzada del cambio organizacional.

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) y soluciones low-code/no-code.
Plataformas de datos industriales, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Explorer (ADX) e integración de datos OT/IT.
Diseño y desarrollo de soluciones digitales con foco en experiencia de usuario (UX/UI) y adopción tecnológica.
Lenguajes de programación, APIs, bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
Sistemas de automatización industrial, SCADA, HMI, historiadores de datos e integración con PLCs.
Redes industriales y corporativas: Switching, Routing, VLANs, PROFINET, diagnóstico de redes OT y segmentación industrial.
