RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO
El (la) Credits Associate Specialist realiza actividades básicas y rutinarias para minimizar los riesgos crediticios en apoyo de la estabilidad financiera de la organización.
Bajo una estrecha supervisión, este trabajo apoya las iniciativas de informes crediticios, investigación crediticia y administración de cuentas de conformidad con los estándares organizacionales y regulatorios.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
CUENTAS DE CLIENTES: Recopila y mantiene las cuentas de los clientes, incluido el seguimiento del estado de la cuenta, el seguimiento de las cuentas vencidas y la evaluación del riesgo de la cartera de clientes.
ANÁLISIS DE CRÉDITO: Investiga y presenta hallazgos sobre tendencias crediticias, rentabilidad, economía y actividades de cobranza a líderes empresariales.
GESTIÓN DE DATOS: Mantiene registros precisos y actualizados de la información relacionada con el crédito, incluidos los perfiles de los clientes, los límites de crédito y las condiciones de pago.
INFORMES DE CRÉDITO: Ayuda en la preparación y distribución de informes y investigaciones de crédito detallados para respaldar la toma de decisiones de la cuenta.
COLABORACIÓN: Colabora con equipos multifuncionales para resolver problemas y disputas rutinarias relacionadas con el crédito de manera oportuna y profesional.
GESTIÓN DE RIESGOS: Investiga las posibles fuentes de pérdidas y ayuda a preparar estimaciones de las posibles consecuencias financieras para minimizar el riesgo crediticio de la empresa.
EXPERIENCIA EN LA INDUSTRIA: Se mantiene al tanto de las tendencias de la industria, los cambios regulatorios y los mejores estándares emergentes de la industria en la gestión de crédito, ayudando a encontrar oportunidades para la mejora continua en los procesos, la mitigación de riesgos y las operaciones de crédito.
