About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‐impact international FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform.
The platform provides the tools customer experience agents and supervisors rely on every day to manage queues, assignments, conversations, agent availability, dashboards, metrics, and operational workflows.
You'll primarily design and ship agent‐facing experiences using React and TypeScript, working within a modern, modular frontend architecture while collaborating closely with the backend services and APIs that power the platform.
A key aspect of this opportunity is the way the team approaches software development.
We're looking for engineers with an agentic development mindset: people who actively use AI coding assistants, LLM agents, automation, and AI‐assisted engineering workflows to prototype faster, solve problems, generate and validate code, improve testing, accelerate debugging, and increase overall engineering productivity.

The Medical Biller & Coder is responsible for executing accurate, compliant, and timely billing and coding services to support end-to-end revenue cycle operations.SUMMARY OF CONTRACT SCOPEThe Medical Biller & Coder provides medical billing and coding services for outpatient mental health center clients.
This includes translating clinical documentation into accurate diagnosis and procedure codes, entering charges, submitting claims, correcting errors, and supporting accounts receivable workflows.
All services are performed under the functional oversight and quality review of the Medical Billing & Coding Analyst 4 (Team Lead – Team D) and are a critical component of the Revenue Cycle Management process.CORE SCOPE OF WORK & DELIVERABLESReview clinical documentation to confirm required elements are present prior to billing (signed notes, treatment plans, service dates, units, provider credentials)Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and applicable HCPCS codes based on documentationEnter charges accurately into the EHR or billing systemSubmit claims timely and in compliance with payer‐specific requirementsVerify patient demographics, insurance information, and payer details prior to claim submissionIdentify and correct claim rejections, coding errors,
