About the role

As aSales OperationsSpecialist, you will support the Sales organization in achieving its targets by contributing to the operational and administrative backbone of the business.

This role is ideal for students in their final year or recent graduates looking to start their career in a global and fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage andmaintaininternal back-office systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Support the creation,validationand delivery of customer quotationsin a timely manner
- Submit and follow up on availability and pricing requests through to completion




- Coordinate communication across internal teams to meet customer deadlines
- Respond to sales queries with clear,accurateand well-researched information
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support sales performance
- Support the quoting and ordering process end-to-end
- Assistin pre- and post-sales activities, including large Internet and SD-WAN opportunities
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering,Marketingor related fields
- Strong interest in working in an international and technology-driven environment
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; macros are a plus)
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Advanced English (requiredfor global interaction)
