Outlier is seeking QA Coders to help make AI models smarter by reviewing AI-generated code and scoring model responses. This is a 1099 freelance role with flexible hours, remote from anywhere in eligible countries. You’ll join a integral team with strong support and performance incentives.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree or higher, live production code experience, and excellent written and spoken English. Training and onboarding are provided, with opportunities to earn additional incentives
