Outlier is opening a remote, LatAm-focused program for QA coders who help train AI models by reviewing and improving code generated by AI systems. You’ll review AI-produced code, rate responses on accuracy and instruction following, and craft clear CS prompts to push AI performance.

This is a freelance, 1099-type engagement with adaptable, location-independent work. Applicants from across Latin America are welcome, including Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and more.
