Tiendamia is seeking a Category Lead to drive cross-functional category performance across our Latin America marketplace. You will shape assortment architecture, pricing, margins, visibility, and growth of the portfolio in collaboration with Sourcing, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.

You will define category strategy, manage cross-category assortment, monitor KPIs, optimize pricing, and lead portfolio initiatives to improve commercial results.
