Virtustant is seeking a Property Management Assistant/Specialist to manage day-to-day remote property tasks for about 200 units. You will communicate with tenants, handle notices, renewals, and records, using AppFolio and Slack.

This full-time remote role requires strong English and Spanish, 9:00–17:00 EST, and the ability to work independently. Training provided; salary paid in USD or local currency per candidate preference.
